Our medical staff is an extension of, and in close contact with the Guenther Family Wellness Center. The Frost Valley Educational Farm is separate from Main Camp, with its own nursing facilities. A licensed RN or EMT and Wilderness First Responder live on-site and are trained to treat campers’ needs for medication, emergency care, and general health. The Farm and East Valley Ranch facilities share a small wellness center between the two sites where am EMT is on duty 24/7 and a nurse is on duty. If there are any major issues that cannot be adequately dealt with on-site, campers can be transported to the Guenther Family Wellness Center located on the Main Camp, expanding our ability to isolate children with potentially contagious infections.
