Kareen was a co-leader of a local girl scout troop. They spent a weekend at Frost Valley and she fell in love. She first began her Frost Valley journey in 1999 in the finance department. Her children and grandchildren have been a part of Frost Valley for much of their lives. She left for a while and then rejoined the finance department and decided this is where she belongs! She loves to hear the children laughing and playing outside the window in the summertime. What she loves about Frost Valley is that everyone is welcome and the employees come from all over the world! When you are here you are one big family that works together to make a difference in someone else’s life.
