Sun-dried tomato and spinach frittata
Blueberry waffles with toppings
Home fries with onions & peppers
Turkey sausage patty

Bagels and Croissants

LUNCH  (12:00 pm to 1:30 pm)

Broiled Tilapia with Provencal sauce
Pan Seared Chicken Francaise
     (served with a lemon caper sauce)
Herbed CousCous pilaf
Medley of fresh roasted vegetables
Tofu and vegetable stacker
      (topped with a balsamic reduction)
Soup de jour
Salad Bar

Dessert: Banana fosters

DINNER (5:30 pm to 6:30 pm)

Grilled London Broil with sauteed onion
     (topped with a red wine demi glace)
Pan seared salmon with a cilantro pesto
      (topped with roasted red peppers & lemon)
Rosemary roasted potatoes
Broccoli with lemon zest
Stuffed portabella mushrooms
Assorted chicken and veggie wraps
Soup de jour
Salad Bar
Crudites with dipping sauce
