Frost Valley YMCA Adventure Trips are an opportunity for teens to make great friends, try new things, develop valuable life skills and have fun in a dynamic and safe environment. Whether through backcountry living, volunteer service, extreme activities or cultural exploration, we strive to create a community where everyone can gain leadership experience, acquire new skills and build healthy relationships with their peers and leaders.
