Frost Valley operates a safe, affordable Day Camp for children and families in Delaware, Sullivan and Ulster Counties. Camps available for kids in Pre-K through 10th grade!

Explorers: Pre-K to K minimum age 4
1 Week Program: $145 per camper plus transportation if needed
2 Week Program: $285 per camper plus transportation if needed
The Explorers program is an “introduction” to Day Camp for our youngest campers. Small hikes, daily access to our supervised waterfront, games and crafts will fill your camper’s day—at a fun but relaxing pace!

Pathfinders: Grades 1-6
1 Week Program: $145 per camper plus transportation if needed
2 Week Program: $285 per camper plus transportation if needed
Campers kick off their day with songs and games at morning meeting. Then the rest of their time at camp is spent participating in activities that include arts & crafts, sports of all sorts, Incredible Edible, science, music, crazy camp-wide events and daily trips to the waterfront.

NEW > Just Us Girls: Grades 4-7
$285 per camper plus transportation if needed
This unique female only program provides girls the ideal atmosphere to express themselves free of peer pressure, set and achieve personal goals and explore leadership through a variety of ropes and challenge activities. With the guidance of a positive female role model, campers will grow through daily journaling, learn about successful women across cultures, and enjoy daily fitness activities including yoga and hip-hop dance. Campers will also experience a variety of traditional camp activities.

‘Tweens: Grade 7 (must have completed grade 6)
1 Week Program: $170 per camper plus transportation if needed
2 Week Program: $310 per camper plus transportation if needed
In addition to all the traditional camp activities, ‘Tweens will take a trip during each session and have the opportunity to experience our many adventure and ropes courses like the Zip Line, the Giant Swing and mountain boarding.

Teen Adventures: Grades 8-10
Teens can enjoy days planned to build leadership skills, confidence and opportunities for positive socialization.  Teens choose their own adventures from a range of options.  Teen campers hike the farthest, swim the longest, and travel to off-site adventures the most!  Abbreviated descriptions below. Teen 1 • Culinary Delight:
$255 per camper plus transportation if needed
Learn cool cooking techniques, bake delicious treats, and visit a restaurant kitchen in action!

Teen 2 • Wet ‘N Wild:
$375 per camper plus transportation if needed
River hikes, water wars, beach parties and swimming holes here we come!

Teen 3 • Valley Voyagers:
$285 per camper plus transportation if needed
Out on the town, we’ll take 3 hands-on day trips to exciting locations in the Catskill/Hudson Valley!

Teen 4 • Rock & Row:
$275 per camper plus transportation if needed
Venture out to the “Gunks” and the Deleware River to learn rock climbing and canoeing techniques!

Teen 5 • Outdoor Adventures:
$375 per camper plus transportation if needed
Camp out under the stars, go orienteering, scale our on-camp rock climbing wall, cook out over a campfire, and try your hand at archery!

Teen 6 • Youth Corps:
$275 per camper plus transportation if needed
Complete a service project for your community and spend some down time doing traditional camp activities!

Teen 7 • Tree Top Adventures:
$255 per camper plus transportation if needed
Take yourself to new extremes for an action filled week of mountain boarding, high ropes elements, team challenges, Zip Lines and more!

Teen 8 • Catskill Expedition:
$255 per camper plus transportation if needed
Spend a day at the farm, enjoy lunch from the garden, take a day trip and do an overnight at the Frost Valley Observatory.

USAImmersion (USAI) Fellowship Opportunities:

USAI is a local not-for-profit organization offering fellowships to attend Frost Valley YMCA Day Camp for free to those families interested in participating in their international cultural immersion program. Local families benefit from this program when they welcome in their homes an international student attending Frost Valley YMCA Day Camp. In return, both the international students and our local kids benefit from the opportunity to learn about each other’s cultures while attending Day Camp together.
