Winter Campers who did not attend Summer Camp 2011 must fill out the medical forms below:

If your child attended Summer Camp 2011, a medical form will be sent to you only if we are missing information or need to update your child’s file. Any medications must be in original container and given to camp staff upon arrival.
A Camp nurse will be on call & all medications will be dispensed at meals.
BUS SCHEDULE:
(Please arrive at bus location 30 minutes prior to departure time)

Departs at 9:00am Tuesday, December 27
Returns between 3:30pm and 4:00pm Friday, December 30
Also Returns between 3:30 and 4:00pm Sunday, January 1
Brooklyn, NY - Dodge YMCA, 225 Atlantic Ave.:
Departs at 9:00am Tuesday, December 27
