Our two-week sessions are designed to provide full, exciting days that ensure fun opportunities for every camper to grow, along with special all-camp celebrations that bring all together.
Named for Frost Valley’s original YMCA site founded over 100 years ago, Camp Wawayanda serves Frost Valley’s younger campers. Campers choose from a wide range of activities that foster healthy, outdoor fun. From swimming and games to tenting in the woods and sharing stories by the campfire, children are guided through the discoveries of new friends, new challenges and new skills. Campers are placed in villages according to school grade and gender:
Pocahontas (girls) – Grades 2-4
Totem (boys) – Grades 2-4
Susquehanna (girls) –Grades 5-6
Forest (boys) – Grades 5-6
Lakota (girls) –Grades 7
Outpost (boys) –Grades 7
