A lovely cottage located off the main campus at the junction of High Falls Brook and the West Branch of the Neversink River.

The cottage has one bedroom downstairs with a double size bed and two rooms upstairs with two twins in each room. The couch in the living room folds out to a bed. Linens are provided (including towels) as well as kitchen cooking supplies, silverware, and dishes.

There is a two-night minimum.

• Weekday rate is $142.50 per night. (Two night minimum)
• Weekend rate is $192.50 per night. (Two night minimum)
• 2 Night Weekday Rate ($285)
• 2 Night Weekend Rate (Friday to Sunday) ($385)
• 7 Night Week Rate (Friday to Friday ($885).
