The Natural Resources Department hosts a number of events over the course of the year. Programs include 3-D archery shoots, hunter safety courses, and free monthly guided hikes through our Take a Hike Program guided by our own New York State licenced guide. NY State requires all hunters to complete a Hunter Safety Course to hunt in NY. Come learn from certified teachers safe and responsible outdoor practices and the important role of hunters in conservation.
