At Frost Valley YMCA we establish an atmosphere of learning, community development, and communication enrichment through retreat activities at our 6,000 acres in the “Forever Wild” Catskill Preserve with challenging, hands-on activities. Throughout our guided retreats, participants gain skills in conflict resolution, effective communication, and goal setting. We tailor your visit to meet the needs of your group.
