Labor Day Weekend 

Aug 30 – Sept 2, 2024

Say goodbye to summer and reconnect with family during this special end-of-season celebration on Labor Day weekend. Stay two or three nights here in the Valley climbing, hiking, boating, ziplining, making arts and crafts, playing sports and games, and much more! $192 per person (2-nights), or $265 per person (3-nights) + lodging rate.

Youth Camping Weekend

Surprise your child with an epic outdoor adventure in the Catskills. Spend two nights beneath a starry sky in a cozy platform tent or yurt. Hike Frost Valley’s many trails, fish the streams and lake, explore the woods, soar down the zipline, and canoe across Lake Cole. You can also climb our Y-Tower, give archery a try, explore our Nature and Raptor Centers, and make memories for a lifetime!! $192 per person + lodging

Women’s Wellness at East Valley Ranch

The Ranch is a secluded oasis 14 miles from Frost Valley YMCA’s main camp. Nestled in a serene valley alongside the Neversink River, it offers a world without distraction for our guests. Indigenous Peoples’ Day Weekend

October 11-14, 2024 

What a great weekend to spend 3 days outdoors in the Valley with your friends and family! Enjoy the Catskill Mountain foliage at its finest, and your family will have a blast hiking, climbing, canoeing, making arts and crafts, and more. Bring your recyclable materials (soda bottles, plastic crates, etc.) for our annual boat regatta! 3 night option only, $265 per person + lodging rate.

Halloween Themed Weekends

Frost Valley offers Halloween-themed weekends with pumpkin painting, Halloween crafts, and apple cidering. When the sun goes down, we have something for guests of all ages. Bring your costumes for a costume fashion show or the brave at heart can test their courage by walking through our haunted trail…if you dare! Halloween has never been so eerily exciting. Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend

January 12-15, 2024 

This is the perfect time to slow down, relax, and recharge after the holidays. Enjoy a winter wonderland of beautiful scenery and nutritious, tasty meals. Take advantage of our cross-country ski and snowshoe trails, ice skating on Lake Cole, ice fishing, and snow-covered hills perfect for sledding and snow tubing (weather permitting). Warm up indoors in our indoor floor hockey arena, climbing gym, archery range, and arts and crafts studio. Come home revitalized and ready to weather the rest of winter after your three- or four-day weekend in the Valley!  $192 per person (2-nights), or $265 per person (3-nights) + lodging rate.

Depending on the weather, a full range of outdoor activities like snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, and snow tubing may be available (weather-dependent). When you’re ready to warm up, you can cozy up indoors, or try our indoor climbing wall or archery range. Visit our arts and crafts or woodworking studios to make your own mementos. At Frost Valley, there’s something for every member of your family to enjoy. $192 per person + lodging rate.

Presidents’ Day Weekend

February 16-19, 2024 

Frost Valley YMCA is a snow lover’s dream come true! With our snowshoe and cross-country ski trails, and ice skating (weather depending), your family will experience an idyllic winter getaway. We also offer ice fishing, broomball, snow tubing, and guided nature hikes to High Falls and other scenic vistas. When you’re ready to move indoors, try our climbing gym, archery range, or arts and crafts programs. Cozy up next to the fire with a good book and some hot cocoa! This four-day wintertime retreat will warm your heart!  3-night option only, $265 per person + lodging rate.

Kick off summer with Memorial Day Weekend at Frost Valley YMCA – the perfect place to welcome the warmer months with outdoor activities for the whole family! Activities include climbing, hiking, archery, canoeing, ziplining, and other high adventure courses. Spend the weekend relaxing with stretch and meditation classes and stargazing at the observatory. End the weekend with our annual staff vs. guests kickball game. 3-night option only, $265 per person + lodging rate.

Activities include climbing, hiking, archery, primitive skills classes, canoeing, ziplining, adventure courses, arts and crafts, sports and games, and much more! Because all fathers deserve a special weekend with family, Dad stays at NO CHARGE with at least one full-paying guest! $192 for each additional guest + lodging rate.

Take a look at the schedule below to see the types of activities and programs that will be offered during the time of your stay. Many surprise activities are added to the schedule each weekend, and special requests can sometimes be accommodated! Your program coordinator will help you plan your weekend so you don’t miss the fun and exciting activities (like zipline and boating) as well as the more relaxing ones (like arts & crafts and stretch & relaxation).
