Brownies can have a wonderful first time experience at Frost Valley. We offer the following weekends and are available to customize your desired experience.
Girl Scout Earth Day Celebration Weekend
April 13-15, 2012, $110
All ages welcome. This weekend will apply to a number of badges. Activities include recycled arts and crafts, composting and recycling class, nature hikes, greenhouse planting project, wildlife ecology and simple techniques for 'going green.'
Camping Adventure Weekend
June 1-3, 2012, $110
All ages welcome. This weekend will apply to a number of badges. Adventure related activities will include canoeing, climbing, primitive skills, map and compass work, and shelter building.
Primitive Camping Skills Weekend
September 14-16, 2012, $110
All ages welcome. This weekend will apply to a number of badges. Come live in a platform tent for the weekend while you learn to build fires, make shelters, purify water, tie knots and use a compass to navigate around the woods.
Brownie Halloween Weekend
October 26-28, 2012, $110
For Daisies and Brownies. This weekend will work towards a number of badges. Activities will include apple cider making, climbing, outdoor cooking, outdoor living skills, nature hikes, nature art and a number of Halloween themed activities with a costume parade!
A Healthier You! Weekend
December 7-9, 2012, $110
All ages welcome. This weekend will work towards a number of health related badgess. Activities include healthy cooking class, natural facials, stretch and relaxation, nature hikes and crafts.
