A typical day at Frost Valley YMCA is filled with activity and opportunity. Each morning campers and staff awake surrounded by the magnificent beauty of the Catskill Mountains. More than 50 cabins and lodges are cozily situated under the trees, creating one of the most scenic summer settings in the country. More than 600 campers and 200 staff make up the Frost Valley YMCA summer community, yet age based villages of 40-60 campers make this large scale camp much more individually focused.  In each cabin their are eight campers and two staff.  Most campers come from the Tri-State NYC area, but throughout the camp community their are campers and staff representative of more than 15 states and 10 countries!  Each summer campers and staff alike will create lasting memories and build friendships that last a life-time.
