fun & activities

Frost Valley's summer camp program is a unique mix of cabin based programs and individual choice programs.   Each day campers take part in five exciting activity periods.

Waterfront

Along with other campers in their brother and sister villages, campers can choose to boat, canoe, kayak, free-swim or enjoy time on the water trampoline or ice-berg.

Sports and Games

With their village, campers participate in a variety of group games, team sports and group building activities.

Feeling Good

This activity period focuses on our Wellness theme and gives groups a chance to explore activities that make them feel good about themselves, and learn more about the world around them.

Two Weekly Specialties
Specialties are weekly skill building programs that are consecutive and illustrate the creativity and skills of this summer's staff. Popular specialties include Photography, Radio, Arts and Crafts, and Adventure Programs. Camper's will choose their own specialties when they arrive at camp (with the exception of horseback riding which parents must take care of when registering).
