| Whether you're a family or large group, Frost Valley 's facilities and services are designed to meet your every meeting need. From large meeting rooms to small breakout rooms we have a variety of options. Large group sites are located close to dining and program facilities. Small groups enjoy the convenience of lounge and conference space provided in many of the overnight lodges. Basic audio-visual equipment and flip charts/easels are available at an extra charge.

Thomas Dining Hall - The main hall seats 400. Two adjoining rooms seat up to 120 each. All are equipped with fireplaces and built-in PA systems.
A solarium lounge adds extra space where small groups can work or relax between sessions. |

Margetts Lodge - A country lodge with all the trimmings - rustic wood beams, picture windows, a stone fireplace for 150 - Margetts is a popular choice for any event, from square dancing to theatre-style presentations.

Geyer Hall - The main room features a beautiful stone fireplace, an outdoor deck, and a view of Lake Cole. The building is equipped with wireless internet access, three meeting rooms, a kitchen and downstairs recreation area. |

Hussey Lodge, Quirk, Hyde & Watson Lodge, Kresge Lodge - Each of these self-contained conference and overnight lodges includes guest bedrooms and a meeting hall with fireplace. Ideal for groups of 40 or less.

Victoria Hall (Located in Quirk Lodge) -
A professional level meeting and conference room with seating for up to 40. A fireplace, cushioned chairs, meeting tables, and a drop down screen for presentations are featured in this room. An adjoining room seats 8 and has a coffee bar with a sink. |

Straus Center- The Straus Center offers a warm country inn-like atmosphere in a secluded valley 14 miles from the main camp. This renovated turn-of-the-century estate provides tastefully furnished, second-floor, double-occupancy rooms with twin beds and private baths. A downstairs meeting room serves as a classroom space and a large comfortable living room is also available for group discussion, meeting and relaxing. Straus features one building for all indoor classes and meals, small active programs, hiking trails, outstanding wellness cuisine, and warm hospitality.
