Program Descriptions

Broomball

Play a “hockey” type game on Reflection Pond.  We’ll supply you the helmet, broom, and ball.  Bring your energy and enthusiasm.

Cable Bridge Hike

Cross over water by using a bridge made of three sturdy cables.  There are five different bridges on property, so hikes will vary in length and difficulty. You must be 8 years old and 3 ½ feet tall to cross all bridges.  No exceptions.

Candle Making

Make a candle by using hot colored wax, a piece of string, and patience.  This age-old craft is open to all people and will take approximately 30 minutes.

Fusion Beads

Arts and crafts at its finest!  Using tiny plastic beads and a template, you will create everything from hearts to horses.  Once the beads are ‘fused” together, they make a great design that can be a magnet for your refrigerator!

Low Ropes Fun!

Challenge yourself in small groups on our low standing ropes course- be ready for crazy cable challenges and swinging rope adventures.  Minimum age of 8 required. All participants must wear closed toed shoes.

Natural Hands & Facials

By using common household ingredients we bring a natural treat to you. Enjoy a yogurt cleanser or a honey hand scrub. Come and relax as you pamper your self and learn new recipes for a natural experience.

Sugar Cookies!

Join us for baking fun as you shape and decorate your own cookies, using cookie cutters and tons of sprinkles!  A staff member will bake the cookies, and you can pick them up when they are finished.

Soapmaking

Create a great bar of soap by using dyes and natural additives.  We will supply all the materials needed to let you transform our materials into your creative soap.  This activity will last approximately ½ hour in length.  Please come at the designated start times only.

Tubing

Meet at the Tube Run behind the 20’s Cabins and enjoy a great ride!  Grab a hold of an air filled tube and speed down the snow-covered hill.  Open at the discretion of Frost Valley Staff for the safety of all participants.

Rocket Building & Rocket Launch ($7)

Buy your rocket kit at the Frost Valley Store ($7.00) and meet our staff member to assemble the aircraft.  After you construct your rocket, and let all the glue set over night, watch it soar during the launch on Sunday morning.

Soap Making

Create a great bar of soap with fragrances and natural additives. We will supply all the materials needed to let you transform our materials into your creative soap.  This activity will last approx. 30 min in length.  Take note of the scheduled start times!
