The Luke Roehm Center 100 Year Study The Computer Lab Environmental Monitoring Stream Side Classroom

Its purpose is to support Frost Valley 's education and research needs, Luke Roehm Center staff collect data from several environmental monitoring stations. These data are archived in the Center's computer lab, and some of the data may be accessed from this page. Please note that the Frost Valley YMCA Stream Station and the Frost Valley YMCA Watershed Processes Station are educational models of USGS research sites at Frost Valley . For research purposes, stream data is available from the USGS, and the link given is for their stream gaging station at Biscuit Brook. Luke Roehm Center staff also collect acid rain samples for the National Atmospheric Deposition Program. These are processed at the Illinois Water Survey under NADP quality assurance measures and are valid for research uses.
