Our "High Adventure Teambuilding" package is full of group initiatives designed to foster collaborative effort to meet group goals. Each activity is processed to examine group dynamics, roles and effectiveness of the way the group approached the task. Activities begin as low team initiatives and work up to challenging high ropes challenges where group support is crucial as individuals step out of their comfort zone and push themselves. Recreation opportunities are also included in this retreat as we have found that simply hanging out, having fun and playing around is a crucial part of the teambuilding experience.
