This package includes a power point workshop that creates a shared mental model on personality styles and how each style approaches communication, challenge, risk and stepping outside of comfort zones. The workshop learning is solidified by experiential teambuilding initiatives that focus on communicating more effectively. Again, time is allocated for recreation and group bonding.
