Frost Valley YMCA is the ideal setting for an “unplugged” family weekend retreat, just 2 ½ hours from metropolitan New York and New Jersey in the pristine Catskill Mountains. One all-inclusive week or weekend rate covers costs for meals, lodging and guided program activities based on the season from a snack when you arrive through lunch the last day of your stay.
