Frost Valley YMCA’s pristine and secluded location allows guests to take a step back, slow down, and focus on what is important to them. The Conference Retreat experience is filled with personal challenges and action-packed adventures during activities like our ropes courses, climbing tower, and mountain boards. We work closely with your organization to align expectations and goals for your retreat. Groups may choose to utilize our facilities, meeting space and conference rooms with our workshop facilitators or on their own. Frost Valley YMCA is a place where good things happen when people pay attention to each other. We put our mission into practice every day by focusing on the values of caring, respect, responsibility, and honesty.
Guests of the Forstmann Conference Center can choose from a number of different lodges and meeting rooms to best suit their group or family needs. Cafeteria-style meals are included with your stay. Frost Valley's dining staff offers a variety of culinary options including vegan menus.
