Gifts of Capital Assets

A common way to contribute substantial funds to Frost Valley is by direct transfer of appreciated securities.  In most cases, gifts of capital assets will result in sizeable tax savings.

Gifts of Real Estate

Outright gifts of real estate will be accepted by Frost Valley if they are unencumbered by mortgage, are reviewed by the Board of Trustees prior to acceptance, and fall within acceptance guidelines.

Bequests

Talk to your lawyer or financial advisor about joining the Neversink Society by remembering Frost Valley in your will.
