Experience some of the best cross-country skiing New York State has to offer! Set on 6,000 acres deep in the Catskill Mountains, Frost Valley YMCA offers great skiing for all ages and abilities. Whether it's the miles of beautiful back-country trails, or skiing beside pristine streams, there's something for everyone!

Ski Conditions
For the most up-to-date information on ski trail conditions please call our daily ski report hot line at (845) 985-2291, Ext. 396.
We Offer:
• Over 25 kilometers of trails, including:
- groomed trails
- track set
- Trails for all abilities
- Backcountry trails
- Ski Rental Shop - Open Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays (except Christmas) 9:30-4:30PM.
- Ski trails are now open during the week to people who have their own equipment.
- Ski Trails Only, No rentals - 7 Days a week 9:30-4:30PM
- Groups of 10 or more Mon-Fri must call to reserve skis and times.
- Small Group Instruction available on weekends
- Waxless skis with step-in bindings.
- Friendly staff to assist you
