Experience some of the best cross-country skiing New York State has to offer! Set on 6,000 acres deep in the Catskill Mountains, Frost Valley YMCA offers great skiing for all ages and abilities. Whether it's the miles of beautiful back-country trails, or skiing beside pristine streams, there's something for everyone!

We Offer:
• Over 25 kilometers of trails, including:

        - groomed trails

        - track set

        - Trails for all abilities

        - Backcountry trails

• Ski Rental Shop - Open Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays (except Christmas) 9:30-4:30PM.
• Ski trails are now open during the week to people who have their own equipment.
• Ski Trails Only - 7 Days a week 9:30-4:30PM
• Groups of 10 or more must call to reserve skis and times.
• Small Group Instruction
• Waxless skis with step-in bindings.
• Hearty meals in our dining hall
• A wide variety of outdoor winter activities for the whole family
• Friendly staff
