You don’t have to be a child, student, family or group to take part the Frost Valley experience. We offer many programs for the individual, adult or senior can take time away at Frost Valley YMCA - 6,000-acres nestled in the heart of the Catskill Mountains - just two hours north of New York City.

Whether it's hiking, fly-fishing, canoeing, winter sports and cross-country skiing, or any of the many other opportunities Frost Valley YMCA has to offer for you and your and your adult and senior friends.  You can do as little or as much as you'd like during your time away.

Frost Valley’s Straus Center also offers activities and stays especially for seniors and hosts Elderhostel programs at its secluded setting nestled in a serene valley
