Our Ramblers checked in today and report that the canoeing trip went well!  They liked being in the water, but were also happy to shower and have flushing toilets again on Friday night.    The sights along the river were gorgeous, and a highlight was seeing the blue herons taking flight at one of their camping sites.    During their hike up the Flume Trail today they liked the views along the way.  Tomorrow the group is going to sleep in and rest before doing a short hike and maybe even some bowling!
