When Families Visit, Moms and Dads Stay Free
On Mother's & Father's Day Weekends at Frost Valley

CLARYVILLE, NY - As part of a family visit, Moms are invited to enjoy a complimentary stay at Frost Valley YMCA in Claryville, NY on Mother's Day Weekend (May 12-14) and dads can benefit from the same opportunity on Father's Day Weekend (June 16-18).

The two theme weekends are geared toward saying "thanks" to moms and dads for all their hard work throughout the year.

Families will have the chance to engage in some quality time spent together and can take part in the many recreational choices offered to Frost Valley visitors. Options include: hayrides, night awareness walks, arts and crafts, tower climbing, archery, hiking, greenhouse tours, boating and canoeing, yoga, open reflection time, outdoor living skills, pond exploration, krazy kickball, cable bridge hikes, low ropes challenge, Ultimate Frisbee, movies, board games and the delicious S'mores Campfire.

The Mother's Day and Father's Day weekends include all basic activities, lodging and five nutritious buffet-style meals. The program schedule runs from Friday evening through to Sunday lunchtime. The family-oriented weekend enjoyment will be enhanced by Frost Valley's pristine setting on 6,000 acres in the heart of the Catskill Mountains.
